An informative and entertaining talk and photo slide show was given by Dr Steve Johnson, Environmental Manager for Lothian Buses, on the development of alternative fuel buses, looking at the historical use of different fuel types before moving on to an analysis of the various environmentally friendly technology alternatives to diesel buses coming onto the market today.
